states) will be shipped out via Standard Shipping
(US Postal Service or UPS Ground). We also ship out
the order to AK, HI, GU, PW, PR, AA, AE, AP and any

Washington State or orders that ship on Saturday)

- By default, our system use
Standard Shipping. Therefore, if you want us
to use Express delivery, please mention that in the
comment field of the check out form.
- UPS does not pick up or deliver
package on Saturday & Sunday.

any reason you are not satisfied with the product
purchased from us, just return it within 30 days of the
original date of purchase of the order. We'll gladly
provide a refund, credit or exchange for the cost of the
product. (Less Shipping & Handling). Note
however, when returning a product, we require you to
wrap it securely the package for its value.
Skins - All Skin decals must be in its original
condition, never been used and applied. NO exchange
or return authorization is valid after 30 days from
date of purchase. Email or call us to obtain an
return authorization number. Failure to include our
RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) on the
return package may be refused, and you being charged
for shipping both ways and the returns may not be
processed. To return, mail it to the sender address
printed on the package.
Shoes and Handbags - Must be in original boxes
and packaging, never been worn and used. NO
exchange or return authorization is valid after
30 days from date of purchase.
- All the Software products
WILL NOT ACCEPT any returns or refund when the
original packing has been opened.

We do reserve the right through to charge a
return percentage (up to 20%) restocking fee for
product(s) that are failed to include the original
package or held more than 30 days of the purchase
date of the order.
OEM original products are to be handled by their
respective manufacturers. You can find their web address
on the backs of their packaging.
All other after-market products are covered by a six
(6) month warranty of the original date of purchase. If
the product becomes defective at any time during the
first 6 months after your original purchase date, we
will ship you a replacement.

We assume that most items you use will receive some
wear-and-tear. Any item which has received noticeably
more than average wear-and-tear will be exempt from all
warranty and refund agreements. This includes, but is
not limited to: heat damage, water damage, intentional
tampering, extreme physical damage (i.e., an internal
battery with gauges in its case) and recurring returns
We reserve the right to determine whether or not any
refund / replacement product(s) has violated the
Acceptable Use Policy. Any refunded or replacement
product(s) which violate this policy are no longer
eligible for our warranty, or 30 day money-back
guarantee. Items which we feel have violated this policy
will either be held, or re-shipped back to the customer
at the customer’s expense.
