1. How long will it take to get my item?

As local Seattle retailer we are processing orders Monday to Friday and offer free ground shipping for orders over $25. This excludes Hawaii and Alaska. For orders under $25, we offer flat rate shipping for $6 to most destinations within the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Our order processing time is 5-7 business days. 


Please note: Due to the situation around COVID-19, shipping and processing on some products may take an additional 3-5 days.


2. Why is my item packaged in an Amazon box?

We make all of our products in-house. However, due to space limitations, we store and ship most of our items from our Amazon warehouse, which means it may come in an Amazon box. 


3. Where are you located? 

MyGift Enterprise is a local retailer based out of Seattle, Washington. We also have offices in China and Taiwan.

We don't sell directly on social media, but do promote on it. You can find our products for sale on MyGift.com, our Amazon store, Houzz, or Ebay. 


7. What's your return policy?

We guarantee satisfaction with your product with a 30 day return policy. Any item returned after 30 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional charges.
