1. How long will it take to get my item?

We strive to process all orders as soon as possible. Most items leave our warehouse within 1 business day. Please note that orders can take up to 5 business days to process and allow for shipping. Therefore, please allow 5-12 business days to receive your order. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse!

We offer free ground shipping for orders over $25. This excludes Hawaii and Alaska. For orders under $25, we offer flat rate shipping for $6 to most destinations within the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Our order processing time is 5-7 business days. 


To guarantee delivery via ground shipping before Christmas, please order before Monday, December 14, 2020 by 3 p.m. Happy Holidays!

 

2. Why is my item packaged in an Amazon box?

We make all of our products in-house. However, due to space limitations, we store and ship some of our items from our Amazon warehouse, which means it may come in an Amazon box. 

 

3. Where are you located? 

MyGift Enterprise is a local retailer based out of Seattle, Washington. We also have offices in China and Taiwan. 

 

4. How can I reach you for support?

6. What's your return policy?

We guarantee satisfaction with your product with a 30 day return policy. Any item returned after 30 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional charges.
