1. How long will it take to get my item?

We offer expedited shipping, which can take 3-5 business days to arrive to you.

 

2. Why is my item packaged in an Amazon box?

We make all of our products in-house. However, due to space limitations, we store and ship most of our items from our Amazon warehouse, which means it may come in an Amazon box. 

 

3. Where are you located? 

MyGift Enterprise is a local retailer based out of Seattle, Washington. We also have offices in China and Taiwan.

6. Do you sell products on Facebook or other social media?

Currently we only sell products on our website, MyGift.com, and through our Amazon store

 

7. What's your return policy?

We guarantee satisfaction with your product with a 30 day return policy. Any item returned after 30 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and my incur additional charges.
