Extended Christmas Returns
For the 2021 holiday season, products purchased between November 1 and December 31 can be returned until January 31 2022.
We offer standard free shipping every day on U.S. orders over $25 when shipping to the lower 48 states. This offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii, and International orders.
Orders under $25 ship for only $6 to most destinations within the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Order processing time is 5-7 business days.
We strive to process all orders as soon as possible. Most items leave our warehouse within 1 business day. Please note that orders can take up to 5 business days to process and allow for shipping. Therefore, please allow 5-12 business days to receive your order. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse!
Our goal is to ensure you love your purchase from MyGift. We would be happy to accept returns of items in unused, re-sellable condition at any time within 30 days of your purchase. You will receive a refund for the original purchase price to your original method of payment.
If you are returning 5 or more items, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

Issues with Existing Orders
If you discover that your item is defective or was damaged in transit, email email@example.com for a replacement.
