Shipping

We offer standard free shipping every day on U.S. orders over $25 when shipping to the lower 48 states. This offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii, and International orders.

Orders under $25 ship for only $6 to most destinations within the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Order processing time is 5-7 business days.

 

Shipping Speed

We strive to process all orders as soon as possible. Most items leave our warehouse within 1 business day. Please note that orders can take up to 5 business days to process and allow for shipping. Therefore, please allow 5-12 business days to receive your order. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse!

 

Christmas Shipping Dates

To guarantee delivery via ground shipping before Christmas, please order before Monday, December 14, 2020 by 3:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time). Happy Holidays!

 

Return & Refunds Policy

We gladly accept any unused items that are in resellable condition for returns within a 30-days of your purchase date. Any item returned after 30 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may incur a 20% restocking fee.

Return shipping and delivery fees, plus any applicable oversize surcharge fees, will be deducted from the total refund. Because of the fragile nature of many MyGift.com items, extra care should be taken to ensure that a package arrives at our warehouse in the same condition as you received it.

Please note due to the spread of COVID-19, we are cautious and protect our team by setting aside all returned packages for 3 days before opening them. Your refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. This process usually takes about 10-14 business days.

 

Extended Holiday Return

To make gift shopping easier for you, we extended our return window during the Holiday season. Purchases between November 16, 2020 and December 20, 2020 can be returned until January 17, 2021 or within 30 days, whichever is longer. Please contact our customer service for any questions you might have!

 

Returns and Issues with Existing Orders

To initiate your return and retrieve your return label within 30 days of delivery, please email orders@mygift.com with your order number

Claims for damages or other issues with your order must be reported within 15 days of receiving your items to ensure proper credit. Please email a picture of the damaged or faulty item(s) to orders@mygift.com and our customer service department will take care of you.
